Gwinnett Urgent Care at 1300 Peachtree Industrial Boulevard #4101, Suwanee, Georgia.

This used to be my favorite place to visit, but every time I go now, there are new people. I understand that things change, but some consistency in a healthcare place seems paramount. I went in to be seen, paid $120 dollars, was told I had a sinus infection. Got a prescription that was different from all the other times I have visited for my (yearly) sinus infection. The prescription did not work. When I called to ask about being prescribed something different, perhaps the prescription I normally get, I was told I needed to come in again to pay another $120 dollars. Normally, I see Dr. Perry, but last time, he was nowhere to be found. I am extremely disappointed, and felt belittled by the front desk lady on the phone. Do not talk to people like they are stupid for asking a question. This used to be my favorite practice...so much so that I never visit a primary care physician. I have been a loyal patron for almost 5 years. I will not be back.
